Three blind mice ♪

A stopover, again. In Lancovit, again. Leia didn't love always go to the same places, but this country was the most practical to get supplies, and the pirate Captain once again needed to weapons to substitute those that were too old or that were broken during the fights.
As she was in a pretty tourist town, she had removed her pirate hat : so she hadn't to sustain the passers' look. She scaned closely the displays with combat equipment, clothes and accessories. Finding no satisfactory weapons, she just bought a little strap adorned with an aquamarine - her father always said her that this stone brought good luck for the fights. Then she decided to drunk something and got in a little café, blending to people. She ordered a breubeer and watched the passers, screwing up her eyes. She wasn't used to go in this kind of towns, usually she rubbed coastal cities and etablishments with other pirates, vagabonds and robbers... If all these innocent (or not) passers knew that this red young woman was in reality a redoubtable pirate Captain...
Suddenly, the crowd fussed and shoutings burst out. "What's going on ?". Leia stood up for try to see the origin of agitation.

I was in Travia. The city of King Bear and Queen Titania. Hey, I'm not ignorant, I have read Tara Duncan! Hum, so, I was going to Travia, and it was the second city that I visit, after Tingapour. It was more little than the capital city of OtherWorld, but I was happy to visit the Living Castle. Travia was a so beautiful city, I really enjoyed to visit it.

I walked in the principal street of the capital of Lancovit when I saw at a very strange girl. She had white hair and red eyes. I reflected if I have read something about this kind of creature in Tara Duncan. Three seconds after, I remembered. This women was a vampyr! A BSH vampyr, if I looked at her hair. She walk like a cat, or a wolf. She was so beautiful and she appeared dangerous.

I was fascinated and... a little worried. I knew that the BSH vampyres drank human blood. But, I had a question. Why she didn't color her hair? Maybe that she didn't have enough of magic. But, she would can dye her hair. Her red eyes seemed very sad, like if her family was die. Okay, it's surely false, I have a very big imagination.

Suddenly, my hand extended, like it was no more a part of my body. It plunged in the vampyr's pocket and touched her purse. I was terrified. Why I have made it? I'm mad. Really mad. I waited for the time when the women turn over and eat me. I think the vampyres eat humans, no? I hated me.

What is the most stupid thing you have ever done ? Falling in a river ? Eating sweets until be sick ? Or thinking you could change someone, maybe ? In my life, the word "stupid" doesn't exist. Cause all I do is stupid. Yes, all, I say. In that time, I was walking into an enormous city, and I wasn't really discreet. I hadn't dyed my hair, nor my eyes. But, I always do that.
It often shock people, who know I'm a HBD (Human Blood Drinker), but who don't dare denounce me. I don't know why. Maybe they are affraid, but of what ? I couldn't be mad with them for that. Me too, if I was an innocent human, I would be affraid if I saw a HBD vampyre. But I love to be frightening.

In short, let's come back where we were. I was in Travia. And I didn't know why I was in Travia. Why would I know it ? I never know where I'm going to, nor what I'm doing. Why schould I know it ? I'm free. I don't need to know everything. I live, that's all. And that's already good.

Suddenly, I felt something in my pocket. I looked at it, I saw a hand. In my pocket. I turned to the origin of the hand. That was a girl. Only a girl. She looked a little older than me, but, she only looked. I am, of course, very much older than her. What human -a Nonso, in more, I felt it- can be older than a vampyre ? But that isn't the question.

Her hand was into my pocket. She was a pickpocket, certainly. But she wasn't enough intelligent to know that vampyre's senses are more powerful than human's. Maybe a simple human wouldn't feel it, but I... That's another story.
She's crazy. I could be a murderer, and... The next... You know it...

Usually, I wouldn't have done anything. But at this very moment, I was angry. Why, I don't know. But I was.
And it's how the agitation began. I caught her hand, and sent her on the ground. People around us began to notice what was going on. They turned to us, and saw I had jostled the girl. It made a horrible agitation... That was whatever I didn't want. I was trying to keep my calm, but it was hard ...

She put her glass on the table and approached, pushing people. She was suprised to see two young women, apparently in conflict. One had white hair and red eyes : assuredly a human blood drinker. The other one was a human, brown hair. She was recoving, and Leia guessed that the HBD wasn't stranger to her downfall.
By interviewing people, she understood that the brown hair woman was a pickpocket. Was she suicidal to go after a human blood drinker ?! ... After all, some people liked to take risks, even without real reasons. Leia wasn't one of those people, she did nothing for nothing, she had too much responsabilities for that.
Maybe in a other life, she could leave like this woman, just for her, just over the events coming...
But let's come back to reality : would nobody intervene ? No, of course, not with a dangerous HBD... A HBD apparently very angry, the fury made shine her eyes. This clash would perhaps degenerate and no one would even move the little finger.
Leia had a wave of contempt for those people who run to the lower agitation, happy to have a show, an entairtaining in their miserable life. She wouldn't intervene, she wasn't a justiciary, she killed many mens every day, and this quarrel didn't concern her. But she wouldn't either attend the scene.
So she was about to leave when she noticed that the crowd parted to let pass some people. Police ? Black Brigade ?
She swore : she couldn't go away with all those hell people !

I was terrified. What will she do ? Kill me ? Suddenly, she took my hand and sent me on the ground. For a moment, I was shocked, and then, the fear came back. My heart was beating so loudly, I was short-winded and my full body was trembling.

I saw the HBD above my head, her red eyes full of hate, and all the people looking at the scene. They didn't do anything, like the scared and selfish people who they were. They could let the vampyr kill me ! Under their eyes ! I guess that we were a show for those people, a story to relate to their family when they would be at house. I couldn't move my hands or yell to help, I was too terrified and paralysed.

Two seconds after, I saw the crowd moving. They let pass four men, four policemen more precisely.
One of them said :

-What's going on here ?
He turned to the HBD and his eyes became so big.
-Oh my god ! A HBD ?! Euh, keep calm, please. Don't panic.

Hum I think it's a bit too late to say that. The people who hadn't noted that the white hair girl was a HBD began to yell and run. The panic infected all the street and the policemen quickly became overwhelmed. I stood up and tried to leave the street. Suddenly, I hit a girl who was also trying to leave the street.
